Stylized Cartoon Female - Red Girl

Make stylized cartoon characters in Maya. In this project Kurt shows you how to model, UV and texture a cartoon girl. We start off with modeling using NURBS and polygons. Here you'll learn how to model components such as hands, boots and clothes. We then UV the character, which is texture painted in Photoshop. Some great tricks for using NURBS for hair are shown. By the end of this tutorial you'll be able to create your own cartoon characters in Maya.
