when i started maya today i tried to click on select tool in the toolbox but it didnt work.... nothing happened...
i also tried a earlier version of maya and it didn't work there either......

and i have tried to export only the model and it doesn't make any difference

i got maya 8.5 too:D but i prefer using the 7th for lower poly characters

hi, when i open a new or an existing file in maya 7 and when i go to the 4 pane view the 3 other views are the same.... but when i go to predefined bookmark and set one of the views to f.eks right...

i found a way to solve he problem:D
on my own:eek:

i just go to view(in the scene)>image plane>import image

i havent done anything ith the lambert1 but made a new lambert and added a file to that from one of my planes...

i created a new lambert...

when i add an image to a plane and i got more than one plane in the scene even if they are in different layers, everything gets the same picture on it when i add the image
