Good progress Mr.terminator on your snake. My only comment would be that the snake looks a little more like a mythical sea creature and less like a common snake, but that could turn out to be a very good thing for you, hint, hint.

If your really wanting it to look more like a common snake, I reccomend doing a google search at snake anatomy.
