I seriously doubt it's a security issue. I work with javascript and dreamweaver every day and have no problems viewing websites. Even changing settings, it still comes up as a white page...this is using the latest version of IE, NS, and Opera. More than likely, it has to do with what Dave mentioned about the DNS.
