I know what you mean hammer.horror but I am doing it this way so it will move freely when the characters are animated. I will also increase the hair count for the final renders and will be rendering it as a seperate pass so I will be able to improve the quality of it when I comp it together which will enable me to get rid of any thin areas. Thanks for the crit though and I will keep it in mind if things are looking funky once I begin animating. Cheers, Leon
