No not yet mate LOL you dont get off that easy...you could start with NURBS first then convert to poly's or start with a poly cube...4 divisions and sculp from there. A normal or bump map is the easy soltion...it depends on what you want to do?? I personally would try sculpting it first and see how you go man...cant hurt? I will post soon with an example if you like?
