Hmm, nope all points are weighted to some joins, this left eye joins are weighted to "upper/lower" eye lids and all rest to head join for now. Affected points, are only those... Ok just founded the problem. Somehow some verticals were weighted to "eye join: itself, so when I moved "head join", "eye join" moved as well, together with those eye lid vertex points. To check this I just selected all votex points of geometry and went to component editor. In there I saw that some face vortex points were linked to wrong joins. Thanks for help. Ps, I think it is some Maya bug or wrong settings selected when attaching joins to geometry. I heard about it in tutorial.
