Rigging separate parts?
One thing that has sort of baffled me for a while now is how game models attach thing such as clothes, armor, and other separate parts together with the main model onto a single rig. I've tried this myself, but it's never really worked and I don't get how all these separate elements move accordingly as one. That being said, rigging is perhaps my weakest aspect in Maya. Can anyone explain how this is done or direct me to a good tutorial that explains it?
