I'm running into a problem when I'm trying to use the paint skin weight tool.

When I adjusted the weight of the joint of the inner shoulder, it affects the weight of the outer shoulder.



And vice versa,
When I adjusted the outer shoulder, it affects the inner shoulder.



Anyone got any ideas how to solve this problem?
