Hi Jay, actually I 've already explored all IBL features to make a Live Action & CGI lighting and rendering (3d plate tracking, create a skydome with original HDRI, improve on location real illumination with a directional light...) . The problem in Maya, how I said, is to dale ground shadows and AO on sequence (With still image I've no problems). I'm waiting for next issue of 2 DVD from Gnomon dedicated only to Live action and IBL with Mental Ray, by Fred Durand. In the same time I asked how to dale this problem about casting shadow, AO and reflactions, refractions... there is no way to dale it, for me of course, using rayswitch, cause I dint' t find a way to dale it with sequence, but only with still image! This is my problem...
