Pony, thx for all the kind words! I have no problem you adopting some parts of the design for your model. The "hair" I just did by doing a circle and copying it 4 times rotating and scaling it right and then I did a loft between them... I'm sure there is a smarter way of doing it by I'm new to Maya and this is my second model...
