Hey, you are doing great! What i would sugget, unless you are going for that oval look, would be to take some time and get an image of a persons face structure that you like from a front view, then put it on a plane and model it with the bg as your face. Then it would just allow you to get some formation on the head. I do say, your nose and ears are great! Just it looks like that is all you have done on the head and all that will be done . Up to you in the long run, but even if you squashed the whole face inwards a bit and then started going from there it should help . Like adl said though, you certainly have improved! Keep it up!
