Hey Twisted, great questions..you can definately propose a tournament.. but if it doesnt go through me then it wont be able to start a sign up sheet... after that phase the signups go In and the tournament will start up. Proposing a tournament though does not give you privledges to judge. That will still be done by the moderators. You can join your own tournament though.. as you technically should always join your own tournament... seeing its terrible to start up one and not being able to compete in it . So you get to choose the topics and how many people there are in a tournament. Hope this answers that .
