Okay, 4 hours later... heheh.. j/k.
I have been working on this for at least a hour, well since my last post. I finally have merged the bone tail onto the body
. Now it looks more realistic.. now im going to probably add some transluceny/bump maps on some planes to make some "disturbed fur" in that area.. just so that it takes away from the round look of the polys.
Hopefully tommorow i will fix the hole on that knife thing on his tail and then start on the spikes on his back
. I have to make sure I am happy with the shoulder form before I start on the spikes though.. because the spikes are a one shot deal and will be modelled as extruding out of the mesh.. thats how i have decided to do it.
