Hold X for grid snap, hold V for point snap. Make sure your Move Tool is in World mode. Click and hold on (for example) the X direction (red) move handle and move it. It will then align/snap the line of vertices.

Thanks, but, as far as I can see, that´s not a very good solution.

If I do grid snapping, I'd have to do it for every single vertex seperately, because my vertices in this area are quite mixed up (from extruding, etc.) - So, is there really NO way to a planar command or something like that?
