I posted a while ago about this, but noone actually helped me

whenever i go into any mode, the verticies and stuff are tiny, like 1 pixel big. any clue how to make them bigger?

attached image shows what i mean, can you give me exact details, not just go to the options menu, cos that has a million things, and changing them last time broke maya
