Dave - As you may well know (I hope) the crows are attracted to shiny objects and are known to be thieves of gold/silver rings.

just for your interest - I made a short google search::

Nir thats some good renders there now with the FG. Not that I discount your crow taste. I like shinythings to sometimes. LOL

Plain is looking good also. Well made it seams. Though I don't know much about them.

it's not crows that like shiny things it's Magpies. They are the ones that steal rings etc.

https://www.nwhc.usgs.gov/images/magpie.jpg

Looks a bit like a crow but with a white belly.

render is looking MUCH better now nirsul! Although I would change the position of your light (Or add one) that will give you a nice "schwing" spec hit down the front end of the plane. Cause it looks too diffuse and too flat at the moment.

looking better but still not right. Sort out a reflection map for the windows and metal and it will look spiffing.

Ps. You may want to edit the image size or Dave_Baer may come to hunt you down user added image

OK - after leaving this airplane in the "Finished Work" Hangar for 3 days - I have taken it back to the workshop for some additional tweaking

I do not add the little screws and stuff as I dont have enough material for it.

I also tried using Glow on on e of the lights and it did not work

(MR problem ?)
