qt files

i made a qt movie and i came out 140 MB and it is 3 seconds long and it is pretty much a cylinder. sooooo...... how can i make it smaller by keeping it the same quality?

some sort of video codec and compress it in a zip or rar.

or, just render the images and combind. There a free tutorial here on the subject.
