This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

snap to grid... X.X

ok so here is the thing...
i turned on maya 5 todan and whenever i try and move anythin g it keeps snapping to the grid and the " snap to grid tool" is off
how do i fix this!???

Hm... I dont know. Did you restart your computer? Sometimes that fixes it. And if it dosn't work, go to Window>Setting/Prefrences>Prefrences and see if anything is going on in there.

Maybe Re-installing Maya will fixes it. ^_^

Check to make sure Snap Move is turned off in the Move Tool options (Hold W and Left click and hold).
