hi, im trying to model a realistic head.

Do most people use Blinn for skin?, If so what would be good setting for the skin? im thinking of making bump/spec map.

what is also good for eyeballs? Do most people use Phong?

blinn for eyes, blinn for skin. get a sub-surface scatterer for the skin.

Imagination is more important than knowledge.

ah, thank you so much

would you tell me what a "sub-surface scatterer" is? is it for creating texture image? or is it something that changes the geometry, like displacement map things?

thx
