Planning on getting another laptop, the one I wanted sold out, looking for more deals

Well, I was planning on getting this laptop,

However, as you can see it is no longer available :headbang:

I'm just curious, would that type of laptop be a good choice for using Maya when I'm "on the road"? I realize that a desktop setup would be best for performance, but I have an OK desktop and am now seeking a good laptop.

So any other deals that are still available that have similar specs as the one above?

Dell has some interesting deals. ($700 off of laptops 1899 and up). You can get a very good laptop for about 1500...
