Animating a car crash - help!

Hello

I have a car model and i want to animate a car crash.
how would be the best way?

key framing everything by hand or moving the car with fields as a rigid body?

in this website there are two examples in the gallery section
https://www.theonlyt.com/Main/main.htm

thank you!!!

I'd probably try using keyframing by hand first, and then try moving the car with fields. The one which has better results ,on my part, would be the one I choose.

( I must say that that car crash animation with the robot, is by far, the best I've seen by one single person. I'd like to meet this guy.)
