Maya 6.5 Toon Rendering

Ok, back when I was using Maya 7 PLE, I remember they had a whole ton of toon tools you could use to easily make toons. Now I'm using Maya 6.5, and I've figured out how to use the ramp shader for toons, but I cant figure out how to do the outline. I remember Maya 7 had the Toon Outline button that made it all nice and easy, but for some reason Im having trouble finding anything in 6.5 that does the same job. Any help would be awesome, I'm working on a long overdue school project user added image

Does anyone know how to add the stroke to the model in Maya 6.5?
