Render layers

I have a scene with different objects on different render layers. The scene is animated. Do I have to click each layer, and render them separatley, or is there a way to render all the layers at once and have them be outputted separately and have them be animated?

I need them outputted as tiffs, so the layered psd file won't work for my purposes.

Right now I am rendering each layer, and I am just hoping there is a better way.

Thanks guys!
