Chanel box "inputs"

I´m making the cartoon dog tut. The teacher use the chanel box to translate objects and so on. He use the "input" area of the chanel box to add spans and to change sweep angels.
Why I haven´t that "input" area in my chanel box. I´m using maya 6.5

are you sure that he wasn't using the attribute editor instead? i haven't looked at the cartoon dog tutorial so i can't be sure myself.

make sure you have history turned on
its a scroll type icon a little left to the render icon
but you will need to remake the sphere or geometry again to see the effects


Now at SMU doing BSc 3D Computer Animation so its hard to get on here
