You could do it yourself redy. The pic is mostly semi-transparent shapes with different lighting effects and glowing. Really cool too. Try doing it yourself. You may be surprised.

but how can i modeling this kind shap?
i remember in 3dmax
make some NUBRS Ball (or something.....) than try some different option to messy the shape.
it's not modeling every detail by hand.
almost automatic.

someone can tell me? how about maya.

Maya and Max aren't so different really. Except for the UI.user added image
