does anyone know how to get my rotate tool back??

Dont where it has gone, but its gone missing. I still have my other tools, just not that one

might take a look at the rotate tool options. Also if you've resized your tools with the + or - keys, it might be too big or too small to be seen

i turned off my pc for a bit to go out, when i came back, i turned it on, got back to work and it was back.
