cloth bug

Does anyone know any good advanced cloth Tutorials?

I want to start experimenting in cloth, but not create a basic t shirt, i want to learn the whole shebang! And since im an unfortunate soul who's not at college, i dont have the privilage of getting the full service.

Like for example, i know how you would create a sweater, but how would you animate a sweater being pulled over the head for example? stuff like that is awesome.

Also, i'd like to know how to make clothing using the polygon technique as apposed to the curve technique.

Thanx in advance guys. ANY advice would be appreciated.

Think the best bet it to have s play about with some simple objects, cloth plane over a sphere is a good one to start, gets the basics going for collition objects etc, then build it up form there.

I crested a simple car and converted it to cloth and made it collide with an object to give deformations with the object, looked pretty cool at the end.

thought i reported that, but it seems that it's been happening often enough that the mods can't keep up... i've reported at least 15 of them so far... not sure if anyone else has done the same, but it's nice to see those posts deleted so i keep it up.

as far as pulling a sweater over a head? sheesh that's pretty advanced. i've looked at the free cloth tutorials here, and if you think you can try to pull something like that off, good luck to you. the amount of dynamics and the complicated nature of such a simulation is kinda mind-boggling... but again, either way good luck.

Yeah Neo i've been reporting them too, seems the same dick is re regestering himself and posting thea crap.

Mr Pix - Just thought, you could use a circle thats contrained to the cloth head hole and keyframe that so it pulls over your characters head
