The movie "March Of The Penguins"

Have anyone of you seen it? I am having an argument with a friend about it. He is claiming the whole movie is real shots, while I'm pretty sure at least the underwater scenes are made with CG. I did a search on the internet without finding any good information, so now I'm asking the experts. What do you think?

they are all real shots, no CG was used at all
