automatic DOF focus distance

Hey, I'm trying to set it up so when the camera changes distance, i.e., when i change the center of interest or move the camera, the depth of field 'focus distance' will change to match it without my having to change it manually by reading off the distance tool. any thoughts?

thanks,

Finn

Go to the hypershade then select the cameras tab, selecte the camera you wasdnt ant MMB click it, the connection editor should come up, selecte the centerof interest in the left panel and then select the focus distance in the right then close, it slould then be connected
