Not sure if i can ask it here, but maybe u know?

This question regards MS Word, normally i know most answers, but this time... i'm totally clueless.

As you can see with attached image (the text is deleted cause it's private information)

the question i have is: is there a way to print the e-mail options u have see on the screen, they act like toolbars and normally u can't print those but i'm looking for a workaround for that. is there anyone who knows this?

Kind Regards

Kuweekee aka SilverBlood

fastest way i can think of to print all the stuff on the screen is to hit print screen, open photoshop (or hell, even MS Paint), create a new document, paste, and print. screw trying to do it in word... save yourself the frustration user added image

well she could do that if you're on the phone walking her through it, right?

i can't decipher what any of that says, but i'm assuming it's address book information, right? like it's about to be emailed? why not just print the email after it's been sent? or go into 'sent items' and print it?

I also work in support and you have the same style of user I have to deal with.

We call them PEBKAC (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair), a nicer way to say CUN-T (Computer User Non-Technical).

Printscreen is the only way...

ok this question is off topic, but what's the difference between the kingdom of the netherlands and holland?

if you go to the CIA's world factbook (here) there is no holland in the listing of countries/territories, so i was wondering if you could clear that up
