Seems like a start.

The view dosent help that much as you cant really see any detiails ofthe model.

Keep working on it looking at anatomy etc and adding detials.

i think the head should be a little bigger and the shirt should be smoothed to acheive a good look.

How ever it is good for a start as gster123 said. concentrate on the anatomy and improve it a bit.
