Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Duck Character

Well this is a duck I model some time ago, now I'm working in the fur of the duck and need some coments. The render is with metal ray, and have 1 point light with the fur shadowing atribute attached to it.

that's a very red duck bill. perhaps you could turn down the saturation? or make it more orange? it's just a VERY vivid color, is all.

Accept no substitutions.

ok, here's a render without the fur, the fur is taking too much to render in metal ray, about 1h 40m. I dont know why, maybe because I random the values in the details tab on the fur. The fur on the head was about 15m and the body 15m too, soo dont know why it jump to 1h 40m. Ok but the render its like this, only some feaders textures on the fingers, and in the arms I need to finish this. Then I'll post the final render with an AK.
