I don't really know about texturing cause i have never been that great at it. I might use some shaders and make a newer clean looking mech texture but dirt and UV stuff would have to be done when i am more confident with my skills. I don't want to start it, work out i cant, then quit.

just get stuck in mate - once you get into photoshop and find some nice rust and metal textures you will have a blast texturing this. it's easy once you get started. user added image

Looks nice, Vulture was always one of my favorite mechs. Usually made it a missile boat.
