Yeah, hiend3D is the best site. I have quite a few that I tinker with quite often that I have gotten from that site.

Nice recommendation, I just checked them out and they are indeed nice. I just have to learn how to load and use them now, hehe.

This site has a library of a few good free mental ray shaders:

MY MENTAL RAY COMMUNITY

It's geared toward Max users, but the shaders should still work just fine I believe.
