A question of Legal content Release

I have a student version of Maya2008 and If I upgrade to a full version could I release to the public what I've built in the Student version or is that illigal?

I think its what its actually created in. But you can show your work off, just not get commercial gain from it.

you can't open learning edition models in the full version anyway

(sorry, I misunderstood. It isn't the learning edition, haha)
