This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
A jpg UV mapped to an object. When rendered isn't that sharp. In the program I use you attach a Render Tag and switch off Filter Textures and it renders sharp. Does anyone know the method in Maya? Or does Maya just do this automatically?
Thanks in advance, I'm watching as many tutorials as I can.
In the "Effects" section of the file node's attribute editor, there is a "Filter" option that you can decrease to sharpen things up a bit, 0.2 works well for me. Oh and croll back to the top and there is also a filter type dropdown menu.
