In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Why does this happen?!

I made a model to practice maya muscles. Yesterday made the skeleton, convert to capsules etc added muscles, all good, forgot to add finger joints, had to start over, whole day's work gone to hell. Remade the whole skeleton today, including fingers and when I try to convert the finger joints to capsule it pops up a single red small capsule on the middle of the grid. It's driving me crazy, it worked fine a while back now I don't know why it does that no matter what I try. I simply took the joints and skin, smooth bind then converted the skin to muscle system. When it converts the joints to capsules, all the other capsules are fine, except the fingers. They appear as a tiny stupid blob of a capsule down on the grid... what am I doing wrong?

nevermind, if this ever happens to anyone else, you have to rename the problem joints with unique names and it's fixed. someone delete this thread
