Goblin Rig

Hey guys. Im having some SERIOUS trouble rigging and animating this goblin I made. Ive been lookin for tutorials and watching a lot of them but I just keep running into errors and then the bones dont move the way I want.. etc etc. Could someone please rig this guy if you have any spare time? This is about all I can get out of him:

Thats the actual mesh.

It has a skeleton and Im just wondering if anyone could actually Rig him with IK handles and controls the correct way instead of me just tearing it up so much...
heres the download if anyone might want to:

so im following what the tutorial says on how to do it, but as soon as I click next on the window, which is what the lesson tells me to do, i get this error

I had no problems executing all the scripts so idk what this is

in case you cant read it, the error says "The source attribute 'Root.s' cannot be found"

I don't have time to debug this for you. You didn't state which version of Maya you're using, and that script isn't supported on newer versions. Look around for some of the other automatic rig creators online.
