Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

lol!

My favorite is ... I just started to learn Maya and 3D modeling and want to produce a 10 minute short from scratch. I have a week to turn in my project. Can someone point me in the right direction to get started?

Someone did not seriously think they could do that. Better just be text! I would struggle to get 4 minutes if I busted my butt nonstop. And I am fast compared to most.

How about one for "please read the whole thread"?

That'll be ironic if someone already said that.
