Question about Resizing

Hey, when i go to resize a model in maya everything scales seperately but not all at once. So if i have the eyeballs and hair seperate from the body then it will scale in its original spot, not with the entire selections spot user added image... I need to know how because i need to resize a model of mine a lot smaller. Also, while im at it... i cannot get the gijoe script to work, can anyone tell me how to work it? Thanks.

Put everything into a group and then scale. You may have to center Pivot it as well. After you're done scaling, ungroup everything and you're back to normal. I have had a bad experience when including clusters, particles, and a few other things in the group when scaling. Particles might resize irregularly and clusters might deform whatever model they go with.

First, group all of your objects together. Then select the group either in Outliner or by selecting one of the objects and pressing the up arrow key until the group is selected. Then, scale the group. When you're done, you can ungroup everything.

user added image thanks guys! Well when i checked this RIGHT after i got the e-mail only darkware replied.. then moments later you too dannygan! So thanks both of ya. Oh and yea, thats the thing i kept getting puzzled on darkware, i never knew to "center pivots" once i grouped... saves a lot of time of having to resize each piece and positioning again (THE WRONG WAY!).
