Can you and an Extrude as a Attribute??

Hi Guys

Im trying to animate or set up a plane that has an extrusion on it that can be controlled by an attribute slider or numerical value.
The extrusion has to translate and rotate in the same animation.

I cant seem to figure this out and havent found much on the net to answer me.

Please help anyone who can user added image

Yes you can. Keep history on the object and find the appropriate "extrude" operation in the channelBox, expand it and search for the "local translate Z" attribute and set keys on it like you would any other channel.

You can use 'Connection Editor' too to control extrude value with numerical slider.
