Skeleton structure

Hi !
I actually work animations for a little game. I bought on unity assets store a package (props animations) with multiples animations in FBX files.
In unity i can see the bind pose but not in maya. It can't find this.

In the uploaded files, there are 2 animations without meshes. The skeleton in question is the second. It look weird !

(the creator of the package works in blender)
