Looking great mate.. just pay a bit more attention to the pelvic/hip area seems a bit off.. Other than that comming along great..

I would suggest some kind of acid-slime to digest instead of teeth. Everyone makes teeth, be different user added image

What about teeth like a dolphin?

small, not really "sharp", but there's quite a few of them.
