I'm a little confused as to what does it do actually...

"Transforms current selection based on typed in values"

so it manipulates a selection I make?

Exactly. Someone was asking a way to move vertices to a specific point so I wrote this script user added image Nothing spectacular, just another "precision" tool :p

It's handy from time to time especially if you assign a hotkey for it...

It's a handy little script. There are times when it's useful to have a floating window for editing transform attributes instead of going to the channel box or component editor or even the command line. It's especially handy for components.
