At this point all I would say is speed it up a lot... Its little slow and make the main stem have a bit more pop snap in his movments.
The fast snappier movments will really help give him character and life.
Most of this can be done in the graph editor

how did you make that cherry shake? (i just realised that sounded pretty sick) Dynamics? Blends?

I used blend shapes for the cherrys. I set up about 16 blends to be used in the whole process.
