This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.
How do I move a pivot using an expression? What is the variable for this called, for instance "translateX" effects the translation in the X direction, what term controlls the pivot location? Thanks.
If you select the object, go to Window > General Editors > Channel Control. There you'll find a lot of channels that are not available by default. Among them are pivot controls.
