Take a look at MASH (haven't used it): https://mash.mainframe.co.uk/
C4D is pretty good for motion graphics built-in.
Realflow (not sure about the controllability in terms of timing/audio)
Trapcode Particular for After Effects.

i loved mash, thats exactly the kind of plugin im looking for thanks, but i wanna look for as many as possible then start planning what i wanna start working on
