Struggling to get the shadows less harsh? Use more lights! Also, turn the shadow color up slightly to a gray instead of straight black. A little blue or purple in them will also help enhance the look.

Pretty cool. Seems generally lacking in definition though. The arms and legs in particular. And the mid section is a very busy area on the body, but here it feels underdeveloped.

Nice work so far. Might be worth a second round in ZB, mud or whatever.
