does anyone know how to render a movie texture?

// Warning: (Mayatomr.Shader) : movie1: referenced texture file "/Users/saltedpopcorn/Desktop/saltedpopcorn maya project/scaryfilm.mov" doesn't exist, ignored

What am I doing wrong? The film shows when I move the slider in the timeline but once I batch render, I don't see it. user added image

mentalray doesn't support the video texture node. Instead, convert the video into a frame sequence, then use the normal file texture node with an animated frame offset.
